Ah, it’s good to be back at KL Fashion Week.
The first show I attended was Syomir Izwa‘s, who showcased his Cruise 2014 collection.
The showstopper for me was the black 3/4-sleeved top with a long cape, which billowed beautifully on the runway. I’m also fond of the ivory capelet with the magenta peeking through underneath. Such a playful piece. Full skirts stole the show as well, with models gliding regally (somehow Grace Kelly comes to mind).
It definitely is a joy to see how he plays with bold hues by contrasting them with different cuts and silhouettes to provide a visual delight.
